The Program

 Tzeadim empowers young Haredi women to transition to suitable and rewarding employment, creating social mobility and financial independence for participants and a positive ripple effect ultimately leading to breaking the cycle of poverty in the Haredi sector.

How it Works

  • Recruitment: Through a known and respected Community Coordinator from within the Haredi sector
  • Personal Guidance: Up to six meetings including needs assessment, skills evaluation and aspirations
  • Job Placement: Assistance with CV writing, interview preparation and access to a dedicated employer database

Vision

Tzeadim’s vision is to enable young Haredi women to realize their employment potential while maintaining community values. The program aims to create positive impact on participants, their families and the community by promoting financial independence and creating role models.
