Notim Yachad provides at-risk youth who have dropped out of the education system with individual mentoring and vocational skills to renew their sense of self-worth and facilitate their return to normative functioning.
How it Works
Strength Identification: With the assistance of mentors and counselors, participants discover their capabilities
Professional Training: Participants choose and receive training in fields of interest, such as carpentry or hair design
Support & Guidance: Participants set personal goals, and receive both general support and personalized mentoring to achieve them.
“I am learning a profession that will benefit me for life, a skill that will help me in the future.”
